Delivery

Due to the amount of pieces in the various collections, every item may not be immediately available, we may need to order in from our suppliers, this is how we offer our heavily discounted prices. 

Items that are in stock will be shipped immediately (2-3 working days) and you will receive an email confirming this. 

Items eligible for Click & Collect will usually be available within 2 hours, please contact us to confirm.

Items out of stock will be shipped when they arrive with us, we will email you with an estimated delivery date.

Large Item Furniture Delivery is £49 within 100 miles of ST6 3HB. Exclusions apply, Scottish Highlands, Ireland, and some postcode areas an extra charge may be applicable.

Standard Delivery for small bedding and accessories orders to UK mainland is £4.95 (orders under £50.00)
FREE (orders above £50.00).

Please note- You will receive tracking info via email when your order has been dispatched, please check this regularly as you will receive a delivery time slot. It is for you to be available for delivery, we are not liable for parcels left unattended.

Returns

For health and hygiene reasons we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges on opened bedding products unless items are faulty.

All items are inspected once returned. 

If you wish to return an item(s) you must email admin@ltbstoke.com and state what you are returning and your reasons within 14 days after delivery. Any returns that we receive without prior notification via email will not be accepted and your refund will not be processed.

Damages must be reported to us within 3 days of delivery. Please email admin@ltbstoke.com

A refund cannot be issued until we have received your items, we recommend using a recorded delivery service which you can track. If you choose to use a standard postage service and the item gets lost on the way, we cannot be held responsible for lost returns.

You are responsible for the cost of returning any items. 

Once we have received your item(s), please allow up to 5 working days to process your items and refund.

Faulty Items
