Delivery & Returns


Due to the amount of pieces in the various collections, every item may not be immediately available, we may need to order in from our suppliers, this is how we offer our heavily discounted prices. 

Items that are in stock will be shipped immediately (2-3 working days) and you will receive an email confirming this. 

Items eligible for Click & Collect will usually be available within 2 hours. 

Items out of stock will be shipped when they arrive with us, we will email you with an estimated delivery date and keep you updated.

Standard Delivery to UK mainland is £4.95 (orders under £50.00)
FREE (orders above £50.00)

Large Item Delivery is £49 within 150 miles. *Exclusions apply (Scottish Highlands and some Postcode Areas, contact us for info) Extra charge may be applicable.

Please note- You will receive tracking info via email when your order has been dispatched, please check this regularly as you will receive a delivery time slot. It is for you to be available for delivery, we are not liable for parcels left unattended.

Delivery charges EXCLUDE Scottish Highlands postcodes and Ireland postcodes. Please contact us for an accurate shipping quote. 

If we have to split your order you still only pay one delivery fee. 

We aim to fulfill every order within 2-10 working days subject to stock.

Once you have placed your order you will receive a confirmation email.


For health and hygiene reasons we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges on opened Bedding products unless items are faulty.

All items are inspected once returned. 

If you wish to return an item(s) you must email and state what you are returning and your reasons within 14 days after delivery. Any returns that we receive without prior notification via email will not be accepted and your refund will not be processed.

A refund cannot be issued until we have received your items, we recommend using a recorded delivery service which you can track. If you choose to use a standard postage service and the item gets lost on the way, we cannot be held responsible for lost returns.

You are responsible for the cost of returning any items. 

Once we have received your item(s), please allow up to 5 working days to process your items and refund.

Faulty Items
